Self Building Costs Hi all, i'm just looking for any info on a breakdown of the cost of a house build from scratch. (Tipp/KK border- 170m sq two storey). Can anyone point me towards some reliable up-to-date figures?? Hands on self builder here, hope to labour to blocklayers/plasterers/chippies to cut costs
