    I tried ringing and there's no answer and they've stuff on their website about Christmas 2011. :/

    Is there any other equivalent service, a courier who'll come to your home to collect a parcel ?

    Citypost are still in business and yes they don't answer phone calls .

    Actually ,the postcode is optional for Ireland ,never used one to be honest .
    I used one on the next webpage but it was postcode for Dublin .
