Do you still have to sign on even if your claim isnt approved

    Basically as above.
    The first time I try to get a claim a few months ago I wasnt told anything about signing on while my claim was pending. I got called for an interview but I left the country so nothing came of that claim but Im back now and tried to make a claim a few weeks ago. I havent heard anything about it but he mentioned I have to come in and sign on even if I havent heard anything.
    Anyway I just realised signing on was this morning so Iv missed it! Anyone know what to do>
