    I know a friend of a friend,living with a women,she has one chlid,
    Can he claim for her and the child even tho the child is not his? he is not married too her???

    Why would he be the one to make a claim for anything instead of the mother?

    If they are living together as a family he can claim for the child even if he is not the father. This assumes no one else is claiming for the partner or the child.
