hi , so often read here
I am bullish I think that is the right terminology on a share
I think the price is going up
I don t know how bullish I am and I don t understand all this call put long short
so I fancy this share it is trading at 10 dollars today
if the share is trading at 20 dollars in one year time and I am long for the full year , do I make money?
what price do I need the share price to be at in one year to come out even ?
thanks to anyone who can answer this

Bullish= you think the share price is going up
Bearish= you think it is going to go down

Yes if you invest €10 today and it is worth €20 in 12 months time then of course you've made money. But you have to sell the position to bank the profit. So what ever you made will be minus trading fees to execute the trade and also minus capital gains tax after you've banked profits.
