1990s Coke promotions, glasses, radios.

Here does anyone have any pictures of the shades or the radio or anything else Coke gave away as promotions in the mid to late 1990s?

The coke radio was this little red cylinder that stuck in your ear and had a search button.

The shades were I think silver lined. They were much in demand around about 1996. Pretty sure the radios came out in '98. There was at least one other giveaway around the same time. Anyone remember what it was?

I remember a Coca-Cola watch in the mid-1990s. You had to collect special caps from the 500ml bottles. The watch's face had the Coca-Cola emblem on it which would change colour to black every 20 seconds I think.

Nope. It was round and just an earpiece with a long wire aerial. It had two settings I think one that searched for a station, another that put the volume up.

Valentina, yeah I think all of the items I've mentioned were part of a 500ml promotion. I remember one was connected to collecting the wrappers so of course kids just made off with the wrappers out of the shops. :)
