    See You at the Pictures

Documentary examining how the pastime of cinema-going has evolved. Testimonies reveal amusing and tragic experiences associated with watching films in public venues, illuminating the extent to which going to the pictures has become part of the nation's cultural heritage

Hopefully not just a cut and paste job.

Followed by A Bit of a Fillum - Ryan's Daughter in Dingle which if its the doc I think it is, is well worth seeing.

I just watched this after recording it last night. I really enjoyed it, its sad to see how the cinema has gone downhill so much since those days but what can you expect with the astronomical prices they charge nowadays.

Down in Limerick I can only recall one cinema closing about 8 years ago. The building itself was run down and has been replaced but I always imagined it looked amazing when it opened first before the scumbags took over.
