Hi all! I am just wondering what it is like commuting from trinity hall to the main campus every day... Like how does work/how long does it take/ is it a hassle? Thanks everyone!

There's loads of choices. You can walk, about 40mins, which is what I did mostly. There's also Luas or bus, time varies depending on how busy it is. I'd say biking in is actually the most convenient. Would take about 15 minutes maybe?

I walk in and out everyday. For me it's 50 minutes. However I'm doing a sciency course so I have to walk to the Hamilton end which adds at least 5 minutes.

It's a ten minute walk to the Luas stop, you're ten minutes on the Luas and it takes 5 minutes to walk to Trinity. (Add another 5 minutes if you're going to the Hamilton.)
However, when you arrive in the morning you may be waiting a while. There's one every 2-5 minutes but 3 could pass before you actually get on. It's so packed people are pressed up against the doors.

I've never taken the bus in the morning. However with traffic it takes a while. At least 40 minutes I'm pretty sure. However it only takes 15-20 minutes to return.
You can get the 140 pretty much directly outside Trinity Hall and you can get off pretty much directly beside Trinity.

I've no idea what cycling is like.

I'd second darkglasses on this one. Cycling is by far and away the quickest option!
It also happens to be completely free! :D I personally wouldn't take the bus option due to price, but if you use it a lot then a 30 day ticket might be an idea.
