Commuting from Trinity Hall to TCD

    Hi all! I am just wondering what it is like commuting from trinity hall to the main campus every day... Like how does work/how long does it take/ is it a hassle? Thanks everyone!

    Luas is your best bet. Probably 30 mins max door to door.

    Nope. Sorry no luas in Athlone. We are however seriously still considering the MonoRail and also a tunnel under the River Shannon

    you can walk it in about 40 mins

    Like they said above, walking in 40 mins, cycle in 10-15, there's a luas stop really near, takes about 25-30 minutes depending on how busy it is, and there's also a bus which goes every 20 minutes and takes about 25 minutes to get in, again depending on traffic.

    If you do end up staying in Halls, they'll of course tell you all this once you get there.
