    hello folks,

Firstly Im new to this corner of Boards.ie but from time to time I take a look over to see can I get some idea for the future. Today I decided to ask for help.

I'm currently unemployed and have a bit of money saved up just incase, but boredem has set in so i decided it's to take a good risk with a small bit of money, which if all fails wouldn't be the end of the world.
The amount would be small but enough to give me a chance to get going.

As i said, I got plenty of time on my hands and willing to work very hard.
Here is where i need your help!

Firstly I have no chance of handing over my money to anyone online to stick on shares.

I want to make work for myself.

My question is, does ireland currently have any service or market where at the moment that demand is bigger the availibility???

Please share anything that springs to mind.

    Few examples would be:
    1) few years ago people breading dogs for 400-600€ a pup, now you open the papers and there are pages and pages of people selling them. thats over now.
    2) vending machines! Over the last few years they have popped up everywhere, low cost of running for the investor and the bus station, gym or offices are providing a service without having to pay someone €9 an hour to work.

Any idea's ill be happy to look into.
Thanks for taking the time to read this.

One thing i noticed is soooo many people are renting/hiring bouncy castles for kids events(bdays, communions etc..).
I'd say the people renting them out are making a decent amount for little investment.

How much money do you have to start with ?
This part of Boards mostly deals with investing/trading shares /forex and the like,is this what you are intrested in ?Or is it more dog breeding etc your intrested in.
You seem to want to have a punt on something/anything,If your unemployed ,you migh have alot of time on your hands and could invest your time in learning how to trade, instead of your money on a punt.

We're always hearing about how robberies and stuff are going up etc... and lets be honest theres always gonna be knackers out there sniffing around your farm looking to see is there anything they can make a quick buck on. Anyway. I reckon if you invested in a few cctv systems, set up as a sole trader, get a van and a website and away you go. But if I was you Id actually drive around people and call door to door. I know so many people that actually want to get sorted but keep saying "yeh I must get a camera some day" and then never do until they get robbed. Just an idea :)

You could buy a share in a race horse. If you have time to do a bit of research into breeding lines etc then write about your experience in loosing money . You`d never know you might become the next Jonathan Rendall :D
