I don't think you can re-order channels in the Freesat epg. Freesat (capital F) features are controlled by licence agreement with equipment makers. These features include proper epg & auto channel updates, when needed.

Showcase should be no. 400 in the Freesat epg.

As Ronnie correctly said you cannot rearrange the channels in Freesat mode and the Showcase channel is on channel number 400 on Freesat.

You can rearrange the channels in Saorview/Freeview mode. First off make sure you are watching Saorview channel and you are not in Freesat mode. Press the SmartHub button on remote control then click on the 'Channel App'(located left of screen third row down). This will bring up a list of the Saorview channels, now scroll to the channel you want to move and press 'Tools' on the remote. The Tools menu will appear and in this menu it gives the option to 'Edit channel number' click on it and then input the new number you want the channel to appear under eg for RTE1 input 001 and RTE1 will be repositioned to number 1 on the channel list. You need to do this individually for each tv/radio station you wish to reposition.

It should take about 10mins to reposition all your saorview tv and radio channels to the correct numbers. Hope this helps!

I suggest you save your channel list to a USB memory stick as it is easy to lose them.
