From what I have heard recently any of the Benjamin's Best chisels are supposed to be very good and can be sharpened with a good edge. http://www.ebay.com/sch/i.html?_trksid=p2050601.m570.l1313.TR0.TRC0&_nkw=benjamins+best+chisels&_sacat=0&_from=R40
The steel in these are a bit beefier than those you shown.

Dont think i'd go for those benjamins best tbh, (delivery time, import duties, they'll rob you blind on that!) sure they might be good but there are easier to get options. Faithfull make a half decent, and only half decent range of turning tools, find em on ebay, amazon etc.

Other than that i'd go to ebay and get a few big name ones second hand, or get a bar of silver steel http://www.caulfieldindustrial.com/citec--stubs-silver-steel/p-123157pd.html?cmp=cel. Not sure how good you are at metalwork but you could probably get a round skew or maybe something like one of David Ellsworth's deep hollowers out of it.

Buy a decent set of Chisels in Mc Quillans or Goffs in Dublin
A set of Robert Sorby chisels would be a good choice. Remember that a very high quality sharpening stone is required also to keep your chisels in tip top sharpness

Secondhand woodturning chisels from the likes of Robert Sorby are making more than new on Ebay right now. If you really want to go down that road I'd just buy a boxed set from Crown or Robert Sorby. Individual chisel purchases on Ebay will end up costing more per chisel and you still have to pay for shipping as most seem to be in the UK. If you can hold out for a couple of days I know someone who is selling a couple of Robert Sorby chisels. He took up turning years back but never really got into it. They need a cleaning and sharpening but I bet they were never ever ground and are still full length tools.

This set of Record chisels from Ronaynes in Thurles is €125 and has a bowl gouge. If you look at the Faithful set, there are 8 chisels but no bowl gouges for the same price. http://my-tools.ie/product/294642-RECORD_RPCHS6_6_Piece_Chisel_Starter_Set
