Mynute HE - water from safety?

Hi, our Mynute HE is mounted on an outside wall and has two pipes coming through for drainage (in addition to the flue). One looks like the condenser overflow; the other is a short, stubby pipe that looks (from the diagrams) like it is coming from the safety valve, though as an amateur I can't be sure.

The short, stubby one is producing a steady drip when the boiler is running - a drop a second or slightly faster. Is this a problem?

    Thanks.

Yes you need a rgi to check it out.The heating is over pressurising either to much water pressure going in or expansion vessel fecked of needs recharging.Check the pressure on the boiler when cold and check again when the heating is on if the pressures way up its the expansion vessel.
