    Does anyone know name/contact details of Peace Commissioner in Tralee/Kerry? What are typical charges?

    They're not supposed to charge anything for their services.

    I don't know any in Tralee, but they should be able to give you some names if you ring Tralee Garda station.

    I think Edward O'Sullivan solicitor is a peace commissioner. He is based in Courthouse lane, just up the stairs beside the now Wedding store (066)7127988

    Every practising Solicitor is a Commissioner for Oaths, which means they can witness the same documents as a PC and more.

    was thinking that after I posted. I don't think they are really called peace commissioners anymore. I know we had marriage forms signed & witnessed with our own solicitor a few years ago, so I was wondering if that was the same thing.

    Had a form signed recently by Jim Finucane as a Peace Commissioner, he has an office on Edward St.
