Garmin Nuvi Cant Unlock Maps

    Hi all, my sister in law has a Nuvi 1300 and when it turns on it says "cant unlock maps" , I logged onto the Garmin website and downloaded Irish and Uk maps which are the ones that came with it, after re-boot it still will not work.

    Can anyone guide me through what to do to get the unit working again she done nothing wrong with it as far as she is aware. I got the map unlock codes but have no idea where to put them, any help appreciated.
