    Hi
I'm wondering if type 1 diabetes will prevent you from getting into the guards. My son applied a few years ago and is waiting for the recruitment embargo to be lifted. He has since developed type 1 diabetes. There are mixed messages out there about this. Can anyone clarify for me please.
    Thanks
