Just looking to see if anyone can help me out. Been out with friends before but nobody was interested in keeping anything they shot.

I won't have a gun with me, but looking to tag along if anyone has the time to show me. Any animal/birds, knowledge is power and all!

In Dublin, but no problem travelling anywhere needed.

    Thanks, Gavin

Its a shame your friends dont take what they shoot, a bit of a waste I think.

I'm in cork, so prob not much use to you, your prob looking at rabbits or pigeon from now till september before the deer, duck season kicks off again though.

If you can get out with someone on the rabbit you would learn a lot, the principles are the same, just "bigger" when it comes to deer etc :-)

I enjoy watching them, but I don't think I'll get the full scratch and sniff experience till I'm flipping out ones guts :)
