Myson towel warmer

Hi, I went on holiday for a week and turned off the upstairs heating. Now one of the towel warmers won't heat up, all the others are ok. Any suggestions? Cheers B

Have you tried bleeding it?

It has two bleed valves at the top so I did both.

turns out it was the TRV 2 WAY valve, the plastic cover for the spring had cracked so it no was always in the full off position.
