    Anybody know where to get firmware for this? HAving problems with the interface on mine, crashes a lot etc. Can't find firmware anywhere! maybe their is not update?

    their support email would be the best bet...

    how do you find this unit? and where did you buy... might get one for the father as his screenplay plus doesnt play mkvs or some mp4s.

    i did read reviews where some peeps actually drilled holes in the sides to vent heat a bit better... seems to have overheating issues with some drives. saying that though, it is a great price for a media enclosure.

    Got it for my sister as I'm not in the country and thought she woudln't be able for a raspberry pi! It seems good buy Im concerened that hard drive could be dodgey... that's why I wanted to look for firmware but thinking there may not be any new one. It crashes sometimes and did th esame when i was copying music from my laptop whilst using it as a disk :-( MAybe it's the overheating issue?
