There's a Cooks Professional Stand Mixer with blender on special offer with groupon.ie for €89.

Can anyone tell me if it is a good one? Does anyone have this one?

I've been on the look out for a food mixer for a while, saw alot of them for sale for €300-€400. Do you have to spend that much?

    Any advice is appreciated.

comparing it to the groupon one it has 1500w motor, whereas the groupon one has a 600w motor. at the price its listed on amazon its a steal.

Thanks curry addict! I've never bought anything off amazon or eBay so bit nervous about that.

It looks like nice one though.

The Cooks mixer was featured in a recent BBC Good Food magazine, but I'm not sure whether it's this particular model or a different one. It was well over £150 I'm certain. If it's good enough for GF, it's good enough for the masses :).

I got the Cooks Stand Mixer from Groupon a few weeks ago, and I'm really happy with it. I've only used it to make bread so far (which would put the most strain on the motor) and it seems to be holding up fine. The motor is 800w, so it's not as powerful as the one Curry Addict linked.

It's €105 plus €7.95 delivery. I only bought it because I couldn't justify paying the usual €300-€400 you'd usually see them going for. I wouldn't get the use out of it.
