    Hello Everyone,

I'm trying to incorporate a mindfulness practice into my life but I'm struggling with it. I've done a day course and I've read up about it but I feel I need an aid to help me along the way. Ideally I'd love to attended weekly classes/meetings but my work schedule doesn't lend itself well to committing to something at a fixed time every week.

So if there there a good books/websites that anyone could recommend and/or a CD that I could put on my MP3 player? I was thinking if I could do it for 5 minutes at a time then I could incorporated easier into my life. I supposed it's really the audio I'm looking for, something to help me focus.

    H

Jon Kabat-Zinn's books and CDs might be useful for you.

Tony Bates also has a book out, though it is I think written for those with Depression it does come with a mindfulness CD that you might find useful.
