Windows 2008 certification exams retiring Juky 31st?

According to the Microsoft website, the windows 2008 server exams are due to be retired this year july 31st 2013.I find that very soon to be retiring the exams.A lot of companies would not even have windows 2008 server installed.

It's actually a reclassification of the overall qualification. Currently if you pass the 70-640/642/646 exam you will be a MCITP: Server Administrator. After 31st July, Microsoft will be reverting back to the MCSA of prior years.
