Yes, I think great price, very small with 12x zoom, decent rez LCD, full HD stereo video.

My one was already opened. I bet mine was on the glass display shelf in teh store cause its not on the shelf anymore and had been there for ages. There was also a sticker with a handwritten code on the botom of it.

I just noticed too it only seems to use micro sd like mobile phone memory cards not regular sd

It can very well be a return. Nothing wrong with it though as long as its in brand new condition. The Amazon price is around £130 that's around €150, so €85 is a decent bargain.

Although a regular SD would have been nice but micro sd it ok.

How does the camera feel. Do you think I should recommend it to my friend?

Picked one up in Letterkenny, yesterday. Their in-store system said none in stock, but I asked at the counter and they said, "No Problem."

The box had been previously opened (I'm guessing it was the display model), but only the camera itself had been removed from it's protective bag.

Only got to use it for a short time last night, but my first impressions are good. It's easy to use and gives nice high-quality pictures.

It's very compact, will easily fit in a small pocket and take with you. I've ordered a few spare batteries from eBay - there's no viewfinder on the camera, just the screen.

Got the last one in long ford. Opened too. Mate picked it up and visually he says it's brand new, just the security tag cut. A great price. Now off to adverts to see if I can unload my Ixus 750

In the same vain, there's a black one on display in Naas, even though the stock checker says none in stock. I reckon if you asked, you could get the display model. I managed to restrain myself, too many cameras already! (And I was in picking up a Vax steam mop from another BA!)
