    Hey guys,

Building my new system and cant seem to get my graphics card to run 3 monitors at the same time.

    It's an Radeon EAH6670.
    1x HDMI
    1x DVI (Converted to VGA)
1x Display port (Converted to HDMI)

All the monitors are connected and the system recognises them but I cant extend the display onto each.

you cannot run 3 screens at the same on one ati card without using an active display port adapter. ati gcards have only 2 hertz clocks built in. you need a 3rd htz clock for the 3rd screen... an active display port adapter has a built in htz clock. passive display port adapters will not work... it must be active

    setup goes like this

hdmi port -> hdmi to dvi adapter -> monitor1
dvi -> dvi to vga adapter ->monitor 2
display port -> active display port adapter -> monitor 3

one of these below is what you need
