Corolla seat stuck

    Hi All...
I have a 2007 Toyota Corolla and this evening have a problem with the drivers seat. I pushed it back as far as it would go as I knew hubbie would be using it and I normally have it too far forward for him. Anyway now it seems the seat is stuck at the furthest back meaning none of us can reach the pedals!

When I lift up the bar that normally adjusts it it moves forward maybe one click, and will only go forward and back that same 'click' but that's it. I tried getting my hand in on the runner and did find a coin there but taking it out didn't really help. It's dark out so couldn't see much, although I don't imagine there's much I can see from just looking at it anyway. It seems to be getting stuck on the runner nearest the central console (rather than the one on the door side). I could move the seat up and down fine just not forward and back.

I'll have another look in the morning when it's bright but anyone know if there's an easy way to get access to the runner to see if there's something else stuck there, or if this could be caused by something else and if so suggestions to fix it? Not really car-savvy so not sure how much I'll be able to fix myself anyway!

Not sure if garages/dealers will be open tomorrow or the weekend and will be stuck without the car!

Thanks.... will try that in the morning. Hopefully it might be as easy as that!

If anyone has any other suggestions please let me know and I can have a list ready for trying tomorrow, and will cross my fingers.
