Hello I know that I have written about this problem before. But I just want to be clear about the Problem. When I plug my headphones into the headphone jack I am unable to control the volume level. Is this normal (Surely Not) Thanks

Does the volume control work normally without headphones plugged.?

could be normal. Some headphone audioheads dislike having the main amp power headphones, so the jack is set to take the signal before it gets to the volume control.
Maybe a good thing, a lot of these amps sound s!*t with headphones
