    Hi,

Has anybody stayed there and what is it like, will be repeating in DIT so will want to be back with first years. Want to know do many first years go there. Lived in Hazelwood with people I hate and I would be quicker coming from Carlow to DIT everyday than from Hazelwood. All I say is what management thought it would be a good idea to build student accom no where near a collage. Would consider Gateway either but location of Shanowen Hall for good bus routes.

Gateway also has a bus stop right outside the apartment complex if that's any help. Lot's of first year's there from DIT. Don't know about Hazelwood

I lived in shanowen hall last year and its great but there were very little DIT people there I think, mostly DCU. Also, I know there are a lot more DIT people in gateway as the bus is right outside the apartment complex (there is a 15 minute walk to the bus stop from shanowen hall) ... From what I've heard Gateway is probably a better option for DIT students.
