    Hi. I currently am signed up with a service provider who automatically take money from my credit card when my account with them reaches a certain amount. Can BoI remove this automatic top up from my card?

    Hi Frank11,

    You will need to contact the company first to cancel the service with them.  If you get no joy with them, you can apply for a charge back with BOI Credit Card services.  For the charge back process, please keep a record of any interactions you have with the company.
