    Hi guys, as per title.

My job often requires me to call customers who owe money to us, sometimes they won't pick up when they see my number. Reverting to making my number private, and strangely they pick up.....

Anyone any idea where that option has vanished to on the new jb update?

    It seems to have gone.

You can just put in #31# before the number you call and it will hide your number!

    Nice one.

Seems a silly decision if they have indeed removed the option from settings though.

This was annoying me too as I've been unable to find these settings also.

I done a search to find where they'd moved them too, as they were definitely not under the general settings tab.

I'm on a Nexus 4, but I'm thinking your SGS 2 should be the same.

    Bring up the dialler app.
Hit the menu button and click settings.
Under the heading 'Other call settings', find 'Additional settings' and click it.
Caller ID should be in here and clicking on it should allow you to choose between 'network default', 'hide number' and 'show number'.

    Hope that helps!
