First attempt worked but got same as above on attempting to get the second code. Tried it again and got a message saying i had exceeded my entries and to try again in June.

Cleared cookies and reattempted, but got the blank field and * again

Ye I signed up for the first one and got the blank email. I then tried to fill it in again for the second one, but it wouldnt let me. The page just refreshed every time.
Then i tried another email and clicked the second game. This time it popped up. However, I got a blank email again!

I got the code for a game but not xbox live a few hours ago.

They probably had a limit and since word spread, they've stopped giving them out to that batch/code.

Only new Xbox Live members got the Live codes, so if you redeemed the codes for the games using your existing gamertag, you wouldn't have gotten them.
