Need some advice

For the last few years, since I had to drop out of college, I'm been on JSA. I've done a few FAS courses and the Jobs Club, but the idea at the end was always to go back to college as soon as I could. I was never entitiled to the grant, and couldnt afford to go to college (why i dropped out), so basically the method was to try and get work, or qualify for BTEA (which I needed to wait until I was 21 to do).

I'm 20 now, 21 next month, and just applied to college. I had 5 days work in Janurary, which I claimed and was intending to go onto Casual Work until I found out my claim was haulted until I filled out a form (which I'd not be able to for the full month). I went off and was doing work every now and again, claiming all of it.

I received a letter about a month ago, asking for my bank statement and parent's P45s, along with a proof of address. I did this, and was off welfare for about 3 weeks because I had worked and claimed it.

In the 4th week, today, I thought it seemed like I was waiting a bit long as the time before it only took 2 weeks. I went in, and am told that my account has been suspended and I need to hand in a P45 along with an official rental agreement. As it was only casual work in the eyes of everyone, I don't have a P45, and I can't get an official rental agreement as we're renting off of a family friend, who not only lives in Belgium but isn't claiming that he's renting out the house. I had sent them a letter from him confirming it, but they wouldnt accept it.

Without being on JSA for like 6 months, I won't be able to get back into college, which pretty much leaves me with very little options but to hope that one of these CVs FINALLY gets me somewhere, which we all know is a pretty high hope.

Any advice on what I should do? If I can't produce these files, which I can't, I won't be allowed to claim again. Any advice on it? I don't even make anything on welfare (€41) and that's not the issue, I've saved up enough to sustain myself for a while yet, but if I can't get onto something that will help me out with college, I'm going to be stuck doing the same old **** for yet another year.

Casual work means that you pay tax get P45's when it done, also you must inform the dept before you start.(there are forms to be filled in).If you do not comply with these condictions the dept considers this fraud and will investigate you and your employer for same.
