Hi. I just read the citizens advice bureau thing on carers allowance means testing. My aunt wishes to apply. She has one flat she rents out and gets an income from. She also works 10 hrs a week and has a small pension but these combined are under the amount deemed Max income. Does having the income from the flat mean that…

Does having the income from the flat mean that she won't qualify? Or does it mean a smaller payment? Thanks alot
