    I just received an email inviting me to complete an aptitude test online as part of the application process for this programme.
    Has anyone else applied for this programme and is doing this aptitude test? I've been told its a Thomas GIA test. Anyone got much experience with these or the recruitment process in general? Are there any sites I could practice on?

    The aptitude test is very straightforward, I didn't have much trouble with it, apart from the last part. Am useless at spacial awareness!

    You'll be given plenty of instruction and allowed practice sessions of each test. Took me about 40 minutes to get through the five areas.

    Mind you, I made a mess at the interview so maybe someone else can chime in for that. :o
