    Hi bizebee,

    Thanks for getting in touch.

The Text Top Up service is still available. If you card has changed due to being lost, stolen or upgraded, you would need to call Banking365, on 0818 365 365, to have the details updated.

    Thanks
    Tara

    How does this service work?

    Hi sitstill,

Thanks for your question. Firstly you would need to register your mobile phone for this service at any Bank of Ireland ATM that displays the Vodafone or O2 logo. At the ATM, you select 'Further Services' then 'Mobile Top Up', then 'Text Top Up'. You then follow the step-by-step instructions to complete your registration. A unique 5-digit PIN code would then be issued out to you in the post.

Then to top up your mobile phone, you would text the letters 'TU' followed by a space and then the amount that you're looking to top-up by to 50365. You're then asked to enter 2 digits of your 5-digit PIN code. Your mobile phone would then be topped up by the amount that you've requested.

If you have any other questions, please let us know.

    Thanks
    Pat
