How do I list the Ephemeral Port range on XP?

Hi,
can anyone tell me how i might list the Ephemeral (dynamic) port range on Windows XP? I've tried reserving a range of ports by creating a 'ReserveredPorts' key in the registry as per info Ive seen on the net. However, it doesnt appeared to have worked as I have a rogue process grabbing one of the reserved ports from time to time. Is there any way to display the dynamic ports available so that I can see if the registry key is working? Any ideas/info us much appreciated.

Thanks for the information but it still doesn't answer my question. I need to find a means of listing the dynamic port range on Windows XP so that I can change the dynamic port range via the registry, then confirm by listing the dynamic port range again. This article shows me how to change the port range but not list it
