My partner and I are considering moving to NSW in the next few months. I have relatives living in Oz, so could I use this to my advantage or is it best to just go on her visa?

She is a fully qualified psychiatric nurse, 4 years experience and I have a Business and Sports Science degree (I would consider upskilling over there as my degree was an honours dual degree).

What options have we got in terms of Visas, leading to sponsorship and residency. I've also been told that residency costs around $5000, is this true and if so what is the most cost effective way of achieving this goal?

Any other info is greatly appreciated!!
