If you're looking to take up cycling in the Kilkenny area, we're starting our beginners spins on the 8th of April. They leave the castle gates each Monday at 7pm. They're not actually that hard but will improve any beginner by quite a bit. Road bikes are recommended, helmets are mandatory and you can try out twice before committing to membership. If you need any more information contact myself here or call Johnny on the number in the poster.

Ah lads how could ye expect a cork man to be seen in an avonmore black n amber jersey. Great initiative tho, Pity there wasn't a club near me who do this kind of thing. I've done a few sportives but have never been out on organised training cycle,

Surely there must be a club near you? Our training cycles are pretty straight forward, thankfully the club is getting big enough to have a few different levels. People don't just wear our gear for pride but also because it is a sexy kit.
