    Hi everyone
I have a zanussi washing machine z w f12380w and it has a bra wire stuck between the two drums. I know I know stupid to put a bra in it without putting into a mesh bag. Anyway does anyone know how I can get this out. I can't afford to pay an engineer to fix it but I have gone technical skills to fix it as long as I know the correct way.
    Any help really appreciated

Pull the machine out enough to tilt the machine back enough that you can get under it, you will notice a black hose from tub to the pump, undo this hose at the tube and carefully search in there, the heater is located here and normally bra wires get caught on this, if you can't locate it then the heater will require to be pulled out, that is a bigger more involved job that can be gone into if the hose fails.

Buy yourself an "Ahh-Bra" from Rhonda Shear and you wont have any problems with wires.;):pac::D

This has happened to me more than once! Try and slowly turn the drum in the opposite direction that it usually spins and keep felling around the inside of the drum to see if you can feel the wire, hopefully with a little patience the wire should pop back through one of the holes just enough so that you can grab it and pull it out.

    Hi everyone!
A huge thank you to Billy bunting I did what you said and I found an old wire and a piece of plastic but still the real culprit was stuck inside so I took out the heating element and the wire was stuck with a piece under the paddle it took a while to get it loose but it worked !!!
Put all the heating element back and the sump pipe back and it's working! !!
