Etape 2013: Bike transport help

I'm planning to do l'Etape du Tour this year, and am in the process of booking flights. Due to my severe lack of knowledge re travelling with a bike, I'm in a bit of bother. There is plenty of flight availability, however there is no bike space left on any of the flights to/from Lyon or Geneva around the time of the Etape.

Anyone got any suggestions as to alternatives?
Driving/ferry is not an option (takes too long). Maybe some groups have arranged van transport for their bikes and would have room for one more?
    Willing to pay of course!

We have the same issue every year when travelling to the Roc D'Azur in France. There's always 10-15 of us on the same flight, all with mountain bikes! What the guys who can't get a "bike" booked onto the flight do is just book "sports equipment" and rock up with your bike in its bag/box! It's never an issue. I think when airlines put a limit on bicycles they really mean fully assembled bikes that are being rolled up to check in!

Thanks all, I've emailed Trail Seekers to see if that's possible.
Otherwise I'll try the 'sports equipment' checkin option.
