    Ok I'm a beginner.

I would like to try something in Galway city or suburbs.

Something that is a mix of many martial arts and that in every session you have the last 30 minutes to fight freely and apply everything you learned since the beginning of the course.

Also I would like to train not using full strength and being fast, instead I believe the speed depends on the person experience and you don't care about hitting with too much strength - obviously in the streets full strength will be used.

    Any suggestions?
    Thanks
