    something like this?

user named throathit sells them over on ukvapers.org
100 sterling i think, maybe 105-110. plugs in to charge, batteries dont need removing. a full charge would last me 2-3 days of heavy use.

You've either seen a lot of reviews of the Darwin (good luck finding that, it's rare and out of production) or you've seen a lot of people using box mods, possibly twin battery box mods.
If it's the type of mod that accepts whatever batteries you want to use, you're only limited by the mAh of the battery/batteries chosen.

If you want to dip your toe into box mods, you can get a hold of one from Garry Dibley on UKVapers. He's selling them quite cheap nowadays, ~€25+p&p (you need to buy batteries and a charger as well, but that's ridiculously cheap for a mod that you can plonk batteries into and vape non-stop for half a week or more).
Stig on that same section sells a lot of different mods as he makes them, kind of at a medium price, then throathit has his Twin 18650 mod, which is built like a brick shíthouse.
What kind of a mod are you looking for, what do you need from it?

Yeah, that or the Smoktech Groove might be your best bet. Size of a 10-pack is expecting a bit much though. The battery has to fit somewhere and batteries aren't minuscule yet.

I've got an Ovale V6 here that is a pretty darn good box mod, little over the size of a box of 10, but smaller than a box of 20. It really packs a punch (3.7/5/6 volts) and the batteries really do seem last forever.

There's only 2 downsides to it:

    1. Casing doesnt feel sturdy although I've really kicked it about and its fully functional.
    2. You need an adaptor to fit ego size tanks (not really a big deal and its recessed anyhow so looks good).

One more slight downside is the resistance - once you go below 1.4 ohms it starts going a lil weird.

Its a good bit smaller (and better built) than the V8 though and cheap as chips these days.
