    Hi Guys,

I work in I.T and spend a lot of time in front of computer screens. My vision is perfect at the moment. I'm curious to know if there are products out there to protect the eye?

    Thanks

There are products that will manage symptoms but a lot of the problems associated with computer use is from the time spent on them. The best way to protect your eyes, in my opinion, is to manage your computer use. While in work take regular breaks from the screen and when you are at home keep VDU time to an absolute minimum, hard I know these days.

Of course if your workstation is not designed for optimum visual performance then that can cause problems but they can be easily addressed.

I try to take breaks as often as possible and manage my time as best I can. However between work and study at home it's difficult to stay away from the computer.

    Thanks for the reply.
