Trying to find existing planning record...

I'm trying to unearth the original planning documentation for a small apartment development but failing miserably. It's the mayo coco planning query system I'm trying to interrogate. They have a map based system that should have a 'dot' over each planning file - but there doesn't seem to be anything showing for this particular property. The property would most likely have been built in 08-09 - so i'm guessing original planning app to go in a few years before this.

I don't have a full name for the development or a house number - just the street name. Anyone know their way around this? Where am I going wrong?

Do you have the developer name? If so, you can search applications by applicant name... Aside from that you can also search by townland name with a development description of 'apartment' and a start date of 2003...Outside of that you can always call the planning office directly on 094-9047204.

Thanks mrsloftus. Unfortunately, I don't have the developer name. I've tried searching by 'townland' but nothing at all comes up! I've tried searching by street name - and the very same - nothing comes up - which I find very odd.

I guess I'll have to contact the planning office directly.

Found it with the help of the planning office. Was under town council records section ...didn't realise these would be separate.
