    Dear Team,

    would it be fine if I call the Customer Service or any number to let you know about my new address?
    Im about to move and would like to change my postal address.

    Hi celica00,

    You cannot amend your address over the phone.

    If you are registered for Banking 365 and your mobile is set up to receive activation codes, you can amend your address online. Please log into Banking 365 and select the Secure Messaging inbox icon in the top right hand side of the page. You can select the update postal address from the drop down.

    Alternatively, please select here and print out the form and send it to your branch.
