Anyone know where these can be bought?

I checked Chain Reaction but they're not on there as far as I can see.

    Thanks.

    One for the 'Grand Tours'
If you like the reliability of Gatorskins but also want the performance of a GP4000S BlackChili compound, then this could be the tyre for you! Ideally suited to sportive riders, the secret is in the design:
An extra-wide PolyX Breaker protects against thorns, glass and other sharp objects whilst a continuous 3 ply casing gives 50% more sidewall thickness without adding much weight.
These features earn the endorsment GT (Grand Tour), earmarking the tyre for sportives, marathons and multi-day events. Black Chili compound and the tried and tested Grand Prix profile offer outstanding grip and handling characteristics.
Size: 700x25. Weight: 250g. Price: £39.95. Available now!

Sorry to be a pain but can you give a link as I've tried searching on the site and cant see them.

I dont think thats them. Its doesnt have "GT" written after the Grand Prix part. Maybe I'm wrong.

    Cheers.

    http://www.conti-tyres.co.uk/conticycle/ti%20grand%20prix%20GT.shtml

That gives a better break down of the stats.

I just dont want to go buying the wrong ones is all.

Seems like a good price on the bike24 site if it is the right tyre.

Just concerned because it doesnt say GT on it like the ones on the Conti site is all.

Compare the two pictures, the only difference is the letters are GT on one and not on there, everything else about the pictures is identical. Tire thread, cross section diagram, everything.

If you compare the fact sheet on bike24.com with the stats on the conti website, they are identical. Weight, recommend pressure, dimension (25-622), everything.

Look at the RRP on bike24, €44.90, which is €38.14.

So the price is pretty much the same as well.

Price looks good to me alright. Think I'll dive in and give them a go.

I have Gatorskins on at the moment which are great for durability but they're a little on the slippy side for my liking.... (waits on loads of people to say that all tyres are going to be slippy in this weather and theres no difference between the two, etc.. )
Personally I found going from my last tyres (cant even remember what they were tbh) theres a noticable difference in grip from them to Gatorskins.

So hopefully these ones are somewhere inbetween the two giving decent grip but with some level of puncture protection.

    Sure we'll soon find out.

Ok so can of worms opened here again as it says GT on the picture on these ones as well like on the conti site but not on the bike24 ones.

More expensive than bike24 as well.

Anyway how do you find the tyres alex?

Haven't been out on them yet, but will be interested to see if I notice any difference riding a 25 as opposed to a 23

I was going to do that but thought I'd ask here first and see if anyone knew so fair play you got there before I did.

Let us know how you get on yeah cause I'll most likely pick up a set if they are one and the same. As I say it seems like a good price if they are the right ones.

    Cheers.

Item: Continental Grand Prix GT Folding Tire 25-622

I was just wondering is the item on sale is the same as these tyres on the
    continental website?

Everything looks identical but on the continental website the letters GT appear
after GRAND PRIX on the picture but on your website it just says GRAND PRIX

Any idea of what the shipping might cost to Dublin?

The tyres are very cheap otherwise.

    Cheers.
