Help to accessorize a dress! esp shoes

Bought this dress online last night in a bit of a panic for a black tie wedding in a couple of weeks... not into the whole black tie formal full length thing so think this is a happy medium, i also have to sing at the reception so wanted to be floaty! dress is ordered to my friend in new york as shipping was mental and another friend is bringing it home next week... lots of variables, hope it will fit!!!!:o Looking for a strappy black shoe like the one in the pic.. any ideas? Also jewellery/coat/cardigan ideas?

Hi Starmix, just wondering if you ordered the correct size...US sizes are different, i.e; a US 6 will be a UK 8-10. I'm sure you have taken it into account, just thought I'd throw it in there anyway!

For spring, I would be going more for a shrug or pashmina, rather than a jacket. Perhaps try a coral shrug to tie in with the belt of your dress like this one from Monsoon:

WOW Dark Crystal are you a stylist?!! That list is amazing. I had looked online at Dune and Aldo, couldnt find a simple black shoe like that one you found on ASOS. Love it. Then I was in M and S yesterday (not somewhere I usually shop) and found these....

20% off too. Now I haven't gotten the dress yet, they could be a bit heavy and dark for it but will wait and see... and yes I ordered the correct size!!! I ordered an American 8 as I am a 12 here. Im 5'10 though so hoping it will be long enough.

Think I have a plain cream bag with a bit of gold detail that I will use.
