HMV insurance ?

    Write so I bought insurance when I bought my headphones ( beats by dre in-air tour edition ) now my problem is my headphones have broken and I don't know what to do? Any help

    Most of these kind of "insurance" or "Extended Warranty" policies are with third parties and not with the store you purchased from.

    Do you have the original policy documentation ?

    I think I might have some sort of documentation but last time my headphones broke I brought them back to HMV and I got a brand new pair

    Well this time contact the company on the receipt and sort it out with them!
