It is absolutely unacceptable that BK servers should be down every 3 months

    The BK service is poor, yet another loss of service. What is more annoying that your website says business emails not affected. Thats nonsense, mine is!

    Our business email service (http://www.blacknight.com/hosted-exchange.html ) was not impacted by last night's issue.
    If you are using that service and had issues please open a support ticket with details and our technical team will be happy to look into it further

    Thats the same crap I got in response to my ticket. My email was down and the second time in two months. Why not check my tickets and please stop spinning yarns and be honest!:mad:

    If you want an SLA then you need to sign up for our business email service, which we've already told you.
