    Hi

Im hoping someone here can help

Our apartment has 2 water pumps, one for the hot water and one for the cold. These are new pumps, as the last one need replacing (about 6 months ago)

this weekend the Hot water pump has been giving some trouble, started friday night/saturday morning. It will run for about 1 sec and the stop (about less than sec), and then start again. I ran one of the showers for about a min (though there pump was air locked) and the pump was back to normal.

Same thing happened Sunday morning, and running the hot shower for about a min solved it.

this morning same thing happened, however running the shower did not solve it. As no one was going to be home all day, and worried that if i left stopping and starting it would burn the pump out. SO i shut it off at the mains

Any ideas what this could be? The pump is a Kikawa KQ200 http://www.kikawa.com.tw/pdf/kq-e.pdf

is the line airlocked or could there be a pressure leak?
