A friend of mine worked here part time on and off when she was in Cork while she was training to be an OT.

She hasn't worked there since 2011 but she set up an OT room somewhere as well as doing her care assistant's duties. Our family business did the glazing to the big extension a couple of years ago.

She was trying to make a go of things here with her Irish bf at the time but she struggled to get a lot of hours. I don't think she had any great dissatisfaction with working there apart from the inevitable roster squabbles.

Sorry i not sure what OT means new to all this? roster squabbles what you mean by this . do they give staff unfair hours or something?
